Sian Castle believes passionately in the provision of flexible accounting services that meet the need for good management information in a fast moving commercial environment.
She set up Fusion ‘business thinking accountants’ in 2002 to leverage over 18 years of commercial accounting experience – working for the likes of Arthur Andersen, Thomson Publishing, Granada Television, Dow Jones and Trebor Sweets – to the benefit of small- to medium-sized enterprises.

Fusion’s ‘business-thinking’ philosophy turns financial accounts into management information that enables simple and effective control. Working in partnership with clients engenders a deeper understanding of the business, which Fusion translates into a transparent and dynamic view of where the business is now, what needs to happen next, plus more time to make things happen.

The team is very ‘hands-on’ and brings together the best of management and statutory accounting practices. The service is intuitive but assertive with the goal of keeping clients in control but unencumbered by the minutiae of business finance.
